FIRST INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER MEETING
A review of the customer meeting in Carthago City
At the end of March, Carthago organised a very special event: the first international customer meeting at Carthago. For the very first time in Carthago's history, an international customer meeting was organised, to which long-standing Carthago Reisemobil owners from Sweden and Finland travelled. From 26 to 29 March, around 50 participants from two Swedish and one Finnish Carthago Club came to Aulendorf in Upper Swabia to spend time together and take an exclusive look behind the scenes at Carthago.
Thursday, 26.03.2026: Arrival and atmospheric start
All three clubs are celebrating a special anniversary this year: ten and twenty years of existence! Definitely an occasion to make the long journey from Scandinavia to Aulendorf. The participants were accommodated with their motorhomes at the Schussenrieder Brauerei Ott caravan park in Bad Schussenried.
The meeting kicked off on Thursday evening in Aulendorf, where a knights' dinner in the historic Ritterkeller provided an atmospheric start with good food and high spirits.
Friday, 27.03.2026: One day in Carthago City
After the shared bus ride from the pitch to Carthago City in Aulendorf, a flexible day programme awaited the guests. There was plenty to choose from: factory tours, test drives with current models, a visit to the factory outlet and a presentation by chassis partner AL-KO offered exciting insights into the world of Carthago. At lunchtime, the group was treated to regional specialities from the Swabian kitchen.
The official event of the customer meeting followed in the evening with a champagne reception and short speeches. After dinner together, each participant received a small gift before the evening came to a relaxed close with music and dancing.
Saturday, 28.03.2026: Culture, enjoyment and a joint finale
Saturday was all about culture, enjoyment and socialising. In Bad Schussenried, the group took part in a guided tour of the town, visited the Ott brewery and explored Germany's first beer mug museum. A particularly entertaining finale was provided by the beer mug slide, which put everyone in a good mood. The participants spent the last evening together in the brewery restaurant.
On Sunday, 29 March 2026, the guests finally set off on their journey home to Sweden and Finland.
The first international customer meeting offered many exciting insights into the world of Carthago - but above all valuable exchanges, personal encounters and shared experiences. The next international meeting is already planned for May and is already in the starting blocks. This time with clubs from Germany, England and the Netherlands.
