THE NEW CHIC C-LINE PROVES ITSELF TO BE A TRUE TRENDSETTER ONCE AGAIN.
As usual, the new generation of the fully integrated chic c-line impresses with its unique combination of elegance, comfort, and high practicality. Available with six floor plans on the base vehicles Fiat Ducato and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with two and three axles, this results in nine fully integrated motorhome models with lengths ranging from 7.39 m to 8.52 m and permissible total weights from 4.2 t to 5.5 t. But it wouldn't be a new generation if it didn't also offer new advantages. The fully integrated model on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter receives a new front mask in the sleek "v-Face design," which conveys the dynamics of a modern, high-class passenger car.
For the interior, two elegant style worlds are available, both of which fully impress visually with the completely new furniture architecture "Essenza." This features clean lines, handleless overhead cabinet fronts, and continuous ambient lighting, creating a modern and elegant overall look. Complementing this is the new flooring in a high-quality, dark concrete look. The new chic c-line also brings new highlights in the kitchen and bathroom areas. XL Layouts
The XL layouts score points with the AL-KO low frame special Carthago with the 198 cm wide wheelbase double axle rear axle, permissible gross weight of up to 5.5 t and a maximum rear axle load of up to 3,600 kg. As well as this there is also the standard Alde warm water central heating and the insulated double glazing of the side windows and the door window in the driver’s cabin.

DRIVER’S CABIN VISIBILITY CONCEPT
Visibility equals safety: You have the road in view sooner with the chic c-line I. The special sitting position while driving, the extra-large upwards and downwards viewing angle, the extra-low windscreen and the dashboard front which slopes steeply forwards provide visual contact with the road surface after just 2.77 m (on the Fiat chassis).

ROOF STRUCTURE
Having GRP on the exterior means protection from hail, and having aluminium on the inside means protection from lightning strikes. The aluminium interior also takes over the function of heat storage in winter.
ROOF TO WALL CONNECTION
The typical Carthago roof rounding is not only an unmistakeable design element, but with the frame members on the inside it makes a decisive contribution to the rigidity of the main cabin. And all of this without any thermal bridges whatsoever. Another safety plus: less sensitivity to side wind.
SIDE WALL STRUCTURE
Having aluminium not just on the exterior but also on the interior of the walls is a prerequisite for efficient heat storage. This produces the typical Carthago well-being climate. The homogeneous heat radiation acts like a wall heater.
TESTED LIGHTNING PROTECTION
Aluminium on the roof and the inner walls provides protection like a Faraday cage. Additional lightning conductors in the chassis significantly increase this protection effect. This was proven by the lightning protection test: Our body provides proven protection against lightning strikes!
EASE OF REPAIR
Wherever possible, attention is paid to segmentation during the development of the main body components. In event of damage, this makes replacement easier and saves money. For example, there is a separately replaceable rear bumper at the rear of every vehicle.
SCOOTER GARAGE LOWERING
Deep lowering of the scooter garage means maximum storage space and minimum effort when loading. An extremely strong wall to floor connection due to form-fitted and bonded frame members provides a load-bearing capacity of 350 kg.
FLOOR PANEL
The floor panel provides all-round protection. The top and bottom are made from GRP, and between them there is a hard foam insulating core made from RTM Styrofoam. It is extremely stable, and has lifelong protection against humidity and rotting.
FLOOR-TO-WALL CONNECTION
The connection takes place at both sides via a high-stability frame member. Similarly to aircraft construction, it is form-fitted and bonded along the entire length. And if the worst comes to the worst, it has the effect of side collision protection. An integrated thermal bridge stop reliably prevents any thermal bridges.

You can never have enough storage space! For this reason, we placed particular emphasis on storage space during the development of our A-class motorhomes in the chic c-line range. However, we don’t just concentrate on volume alone, but also ease of access during loading and unloading, and protection from frost.
