A look back: encounters, exchanges and exclusive insights into the world of Carthago.
Another international Carthago customer meeting took place in Lindau from Thursday 8 May to Saturday 10 May. To this end, just under 80 long-standing customers from three different clubs in Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom made the trip. All the participants stayed with their motorhomes at the Gitzenweiler Hof, where they were able to enjoy their time together in a relaxed atmosphere.
The event kicked off on Thursday evening: everyone gathered in a relaxed atmosphere at the campsite for a meal featuring traditional Swabian fare, and got themselves in the mood for the days ahead.
Friday was all about Carthago City. Following the bus journey from Lindau to Aulendorf, the guests set off on a programme of their own choosing: factory tours, a presentation by AL-KO, test drives and a visit to the factory shop offered a wide range of insights. At lunchtime, the participants were provided with food by the Gasthaus zum Rad.
In the evening, the official event took place, featuring a champagne reception and speeches by Managing Director Bernd Wuschack, the club administrators and the board members. After the meal, organised by the Bad Saulgau Citizens’ Guard Association, each participant received a gift, before the evening drew to a close with lively dancing. A bus then took the guests back to Lindau.
Saturday was deliberately left open: amongst other things, participants had the option of joining a guided tour of Lindau or spending the day as they wished. The evening drew to a close with a buffet organised by the campers themselves, at which everyone brought along their own culinary contributions and rounded off the evening in a convivial atmosphere.
On Sunday, the participants set off on their individual journeys home. The event provided an opportunity to show our long-standing customers how much we value them and to further strengthen their loyalty to Carthago.
